Are they responsible enough when it comes to drinking?

Hello, fellow myloters. I've posted this one last night but unfortunately it was deleted due to violation. So, hopefully this one will be okay. em]lol[/em]Last week i went to a commercial establishment to eat pizza. The place where i ate are loads of bars and restaurants and it was Saturday night out. So, party goers are everywhere. After an hour where i decided to leave the place and waited few minutes for a cab to pass by a group of young ones are already drunk,arguing and uttering foul words. What I did was I move few steps away from them to avoid trouble. As I observed nowadays, youth are becoming irresponsible trying to project as an adult which obviously they're not and it's annoying. Have you ever encountered like this? what can you say about the young ones at the bar? Do you know someone like them? how about your children? your young sisters/brother? young drinkers are now everywhere partying at the streets, underground party,house party and etc.
