thanks for all the information, dear friend. but, I PERSONALLY feel that there should be no specific time for adding water to our body. .. though you have recommended certain points.. I would say, in addition to the times that you mentioned.. like, after waking up., after exercise, etc.. and, you are right. Particularly, if one is in an air conditioned room.. one needs to drink more water, as the machine sucks out the water from the surroundings, as also from the body. thanks for the information. I wish I had found this, really when it was started.
