Those two sayings are both popular but are extremely opposite in meaning. Which one between them do you think is the more accurate? Which one do you believe in?

hey, I believe in "birds of a feather flock together". we often tend to talk to people with similar opinions and interests though different opinions co-exist. Yet in most cases, we choose those like-minded people to be friends, intimate friends or spouses. Few foes can be friends indeed.

Hi Magic9! Thanks for the response. I also have the same idea as you. Though they say that there are people of opposite characteristics who succeeded in their relationships, whether marital, friendship etc, but I still think that there are more people who are compatible because they have the same likes and dislikes, etc. :D

I believe that "opposite attracts". Assuming that is true, that negates "birds of a feather flock together". That should read "birds of opposite feathers attract together"!!!
