Add items to the windows setup

Hey, i was wondering that can i save items to windows setup. That if i added some themes to windows 7, then can i save these themes,icons and wallpapers to windows 7 setup so when i reinstall windows, the themes, and all stuff is installed by windows 7 setup automatically and idont have to reinstall them.
