i hope everyone is doing ok

Sky- It's been a busy week for me. Last week I spent all my time working on my IRB proposal for my thesis research. Friday we had a session to work on them and I ended up coming up with a new way to do the research, so this week I need to contact a few persons I worked with during my practicum sessions and see if they would be interested in my using their students in a focus group for my research. My thesis advisor stated it is always easier to get into a school if you know someone because they feel more comfortable that way. I'm hoping I can make contact with them today and get the ball rolling. There was some very difficult things to deal with in the way of relationships, but as someone told me perhaps the person and I were just not compatible as friends. I admit it is difficult to be told that you are not considered a friend when you've done everything to be a friend. And it is more difficult to be lied about. However, I'm thankful to the good friends I have that helped me through this little upset. Other then that I'm busy as mommy and wife. Our little girl broke through two molars and two canines. She's doing a lot better at her age then our son did. When he was a year he had an issue keeping food downs. He still does to some extent. Our daughter doesn't seem to have those issues and is on all adult table food. We awoke to more snow today. We had flurries a few days back but it did not stay very long. This snow is sticking and there is a lot of it! It's very early this year. Typically we don't have snow that stays until late November early December. I'm wondering how bad this winter will be. I shall have to make sure to stock up the pantry. I am so glad though that you and DJ are having such a great time together. He is so happy and even with all the hard work seems to be settling in nicely to life with horses, and so forth. Keep him busy girl! Namaste-Anora
