are you a reader or a listener?

i am one of those people who's more into reading than watching. like for example Harry Potter, i've watched the series before i started reading the novel. as it turns out i really didn't understand what i've watched. i guess i'm not into listening :D! i'm more into reading that's why when i'm watching dvds at home i tend to turn off the subtitles because i can't appreciate the visuals due to the fact that my eyes kept focusing on the subtitles! and after that i'll watch it again with the subtitles on so i can understand it more :D...
