Financial Plan of a start up Business

Hello, I was just wondering if you could help me out with a problem that i have. I am a student and I have been given an assignment to write up with a business plan for a new company using my entrapreneurial skills to find a business that will have a niche in the marketplace. I came up with starting up a fish and chip take away and restaurant in Rome, Italy as to my surprise I found that there was not one single fish and chip shop in the whole city. Every part of my plan is going ok but i'm really stuck on the financial part. I'm not sure how I can cost every element that it takes to start up the business which basically is the Investment Plan. Also I am not sure what figure of sales and cost of sales I am to write. I would really appreciate it if you could help me in some way. Maybe if you have a sample financial plan for a restaurant and I could then base mine around it. Look foreward to hearing from you. Thanks, Padraig
