Having trouble with emotional eating...

I've really been struggling to keep my eating in check lately. I've been under a lot of stress and have been turning to food a lot as a distraction and a comfort. At first, I was chalking it up to boredom, but in reality, I've been busy enough that there's no reason why I should be bored and eating this much. I am only wanting to eat comfort foods and gorge myself on them. It's awful. I've been trying to get back on track and not have this issue, but I keep failing. Have you had this problem before? How did you cope?

i think something that does help is to just stop buying stuff that you would munch on lol..as in like no snacks ice cream chocolate ect ect...you can't eat what you don't have lol

I've had that problem for a while, and I'm only 19 and 115 lbs! To try and control my eating I try to stay out of the house or not keep junk food within my reach.
