Grilled or pan fried?

Which do you prefer for a good steak...? Grilled, or Pan Fried? I love to have it pan fried as our grill is rubbish... But think that for FAT steaks grilling is great!!! Love STEAK......:-P Gota stop droooling now.... lol

I had steak the other night and i must say i do like mine done under the grill as i find that it tastes alot better as well as well done.My husband likes his done under the grill,but he likes his done rare so that when you cut into it you still see the blood.It is expensive,but i am worth it.

i hate it bloody...and a teeeny bit pink is fine for me... but fella is more of a med-well done kinda guy... if its thin then can have it cooked ruigth through... but if its THICK... he loves it little pink... no blood though!! YUCK

I think I like grilled the best, I guess it depends on who is cooking it, I think I just enjoy anything that is cooked by someone else....I hate cooking.

lol wish i could say same but i LOVE to cook and dnt mind someone else cooking as long as i keep WELL away from the kitchen... I stick my nose in!! lol x

Grilled since I am trying to eat healthy. Of course a good ole chicken fried steak is always so appealing, but then that is not how a good cut of steak would be fixed.

Hi, I prefer pan-fried steak, though grilled steak is healthier (I think). With pan-fry, I can get the edges really burnt and crisp, while the inside is still juicy!

I too hate cooking but love a pan fried steak I think the pan keeps it juicy.
