My children eats vegetables most of the time. I haven't had any problem with them since I've teach them to eat since they are still young. When our children stated eating solid foods when they are still babies, I often add some vegetable on their menu. Mincing and mixing on their favorite Gerber foods. Up to now, the only vegetables they don't like is the bitter melon due to its bitter taste.

Try setting a small dish of ranch dressing or vegetable dip next to his plate so that he can dip his vegetables before eating. I did this with my girls when they were small and it worked wonders to get them to eat various vegetables and meats. It's actually pretty good. Beef tastes amazing dipped in ranch dressing.
