I went to the dentist to finally cure my poor mouth and teeth and he said i'll have to wear Invisalign for a couple of years. I'm curious to know your experience with Invisalign and especially: - did you speak like Duffy Duck when first wearing it? - do people really don't notice it? - did it work fine? - for how long did you wear it and why? Please share your experiences, I'll be going there in 2010 to start working on my teeth :)

Hi! I've had braces back then, and too bad, Invisalign wasn't invented yet. But so far, based on my experience with braces (the real metal mouths! hahaha), it was a bit awkward first when you try to eat, talk, brush your teeth. Even changing clothes! I learned not to talk or open my mouth while changing, as many of my shirts have snagged on my brackets! Hahaha. I had to wear braces for almost 4 years. So I think it will take getting used to at first, but as time progresses, you can be more at ease with the "contraption".
