what's the cheapest advertising

I have looked online, advertising is very expensive. Socialmarker.com is very easy to get page views and etc, but what about real customers that will come back, look at your sturff anf click your afvertisement ? How do you get more hits and more bang for your buck? ther are various ways! I have used trafficswarm for about a year now.I don't buy, i just manually surf for traffic.I don;t think it it affective for getting real customers foe blog reading. What do you think or waht do you do?
