Thomas Sowell writes, "Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, Muammar Qaddafi and Vladimir Putin have all praised Barack Obama. When enemies of freedom and democracy praise your president, what are you to think? When you add to this Barack Obama's many previous years of associations and alliances with people who hate America — Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, Father Pfleger, etc. — at what point do you stop denying the obvious and start to connect the dots?" According to everyone you listed, the u.s. is the great satan.. And nearly half of her citizens actually believe it. Destroy family and "in God we trust" and society needs a big brother, then it is 'in big brother we trust' and soon posters, songs and statues declaring it.

If America is the great Satan to all these men and all these men praise Obama, what does that say about Obama? It also makes you wonder where he'll be leading us.

Considering alot of 'free' countries also sing his praises I think it's pretty rich you single out these as examples of enemies of freedom and democracy. Just because you don't agree with them doesn't make them wrong. Have you heard of "the rest of the World"? or are you a scared white who just joined the KKK? Obama is very refreshing after the drunken war-mongering puppet that was George Dubya and his cronies.

I gave three examples to question Obama's performance thus far. You only mentioned the first one from Thomas Sowell. Did you watch the video about Obama firing Inspector General Gerald Walpin because Walpin was investigating Kevin Johnson, mayor of Sacramento and a prominent supporter of Obama, or did you read the article I posted telling how Obama had the Apollo Alliance write the stimulus and cap and trade bills? Maybe you're just a black welfare recipient with a chip on your shoulders, living off the tax payers and expecting the President to give you, "Obama Money".

So when did you move and how much did it cost me, a tax payer. What about the other things I mentioned? Any thoughts on those?

Lol! No I am a white chick who makes her own money, far away from Washington and, indeed, America. Consider me an interested onlooker. But thanks for your insight!

There is an old saying - You are known by the company you keep. This is a point that the Democrats kept making about President Bush. He was a member of the Skull and Bones Society, He was associated with neo conservatives, They tried to connected VP Cheney with similar people. That was all fair. Now it is not fair.

I don't know how they could use the Skull and Bones Society as a put down. Wasn't John Kerry, democrat candidate for President in 2004, also in it, or was that different?

First and foremost, I think it's an extremely fair and pertinent question. It's not some right-wing talking point or anti-Obama smear just because pro-Obamabots refuse to ask it. It doesn't really bother me what those nut-jobs say. Q/K/sometimesJ-adaffi is a lunatic, along with Sean Penn's real father, Chavez, and the most open-minded person on the list (sarcasm), Castro. These tools have said whatever they wanted for as long as they've wanted. A few on that list have put the pillow over the opposition's face to make it so. What bothers me is that President Obama doesn't seem to mind. I don't hear him denouncing these guys as loons. And sure, someone could make the argument that he just ignores it. That would be a good argument. Good if it were true. I know many people have dropped this before, so it's not new news, but when he's willing to meet with some of these schmucks or, at best/worst, smile it all off as they praise him, it really starts to make you wonder what's going on. I mean, this is the guy whose sole mission seems to be to cater ONLY to his base. He won't come close to Fox news -- millions upon millions of Americans. Why? Even if what that bozo chick said was true, they're at least Americans. The only conclusion I'm able to draw is that Obama absolutely loves the praise, no matter who it's coming from, and he loathes any criticism to the point of acting like a spoilt rotten 12-year-old girl if the waters don't part for him. Either that or something a bit more troubling. That's really the only two logical ways to look at it. There's no amount of Bush blame that can explain it. Idol worship and pretending it's not happening doesn't cut the mustard. Calling it all Republican talking points is just another way of saying, "I'm partisan to such an incredible extent that ANY criticism of 'my guy' will be met with immediate denial and blame." I feel like Seinfeld: And what's the deal with this Obama?

I think the world was so eager to be rid of George W. Bush and the Republicans that they would have fallen at the feet of any Democrat who might have been elected President. But there's more to my post than just Thomas Sowell's rant. What does it say about Obama when he breaks a law he co-sponsored in 2008 saying an Inspector General can not be fired before the President give the Congress 30 days notice and a reason for firing him/her? Obama fired IG Gerald Walpin of Americorps, without 30 days notice to the Congress, for investigating misuse of funds given by Americorps to Kevin Johnson. Johnson is the mayor or Sacramento, CA and a strong supporter of Obama. And another thing I questioned was the Apollo Alliance writing the stimulus and cap and trade bills. This should have been done by the Congress, so why was it done by an organization? There are probably more things about the Obama administration we could question, but this is a good start.
