Underwired bra or not?

I know it enhances the look, but I don't feel comfortable, and sometimes it causes pain. I only wear them when needed, like when I'm wearing tube gowns and stuff. I'm unfortunately not gifted with, you know, hahaha. But comfort is more important to me than beauty and appeal ^_^_^

I am, as you put it, quite gifted and i only wear underwired bras. I find them really comfortable and supportive as i have quite an active life.
Do you have the right size? 80% of women wear the wrong bra size, i was wearing a 36c for years and turned out to be a 32dd when i was measured properly!
However, go with how you feel as it is your body and everyone is different. Comfort makes you feel more sexy!

My friend who is quite gifted also prefers underwired bras, maybe the comfort depends on how big you have. Maybe it also suits those who run or jumps around, because when they bounce, they hurt, with under wired bras, they are steady and frozen on their places haha

It is definately more supprting! Yes jumping can be painfull, you should see the scaffolding i call a sports bra!!!

I go with what is comfortable side of these too. As you put it I am gifted but still like being comfortable. Those wires have a tendency to poke thru and after I wear for a while they become very uncomfortable. I will just have to stick to what is comfortabel for me. Cute discussion. Have a great day..

I don't blame you at all. I can't stand the things either. Someone told me once that maybe I wasn't buying the right brand. That shouldn't bother me that way. So I took that in thought and nope I still couldn't wear them. So I just exercise my upper body to keep things in form....LOL.

I used to wear underwired bras and I stopped a few months ago due to pregnancy. I have no problem with them, as long as you buy the good quality ones, then you'll be fine. I agree with you, they enhance the look lol! But as for now, I am stuck with maternity bras. They don't look as good, but give great support and very comfortable.

I like to wear bras that don't have under wiring. I have worn under wired bras before but I haven't found them awfully comfortable. I like to have as much comfort and possible and the right size bra is essential for me. I would under wear an under wired bra if it was essential for a special outfit.

i have both underwired bras and those that don't have wires. i prefer to use the ones that are underwired because it keeps "them" behaved (lol) inside. i no longer use the ones without the wire because sometimes, i find "them" escaping and i keep on moving my bra downwards, lol. i like the underwired bras especially when i am playing badminton. it really gives me good support when i am playing and brisk walking inside the oval of the sports center. it is comfortable for me.

The same with me. Although it can enhance the look, I am also uncomfortable wearing it. Yeah, you're right, it causes pain and sometimes, it causes itchiness. I also wear it on special ocassions where I wear specail dresses.
