Is Football Playing is Good For Health ?

I love to play football so i do play everyday but i don't know if its good for health or not ? But i do think that it makes our body strong. I'm so much anxious to know about it.

its surprising that you sa you have been playing football for so long and yet you haven`t realised that its very good for health, in my opinion the best game as far as fitness is concerned.. but if you don`t play the way its to be played your health would be badly affected..warm up well before you start playing ...otherwise your muscles may be torn due to excess stretching.. and also during games avoid such situations where you become the victim of dangerous professional fouls..otherwise its alright..football is the ideal game as far as health is concerned...

i am not a medical professional or a fitness professional to give away ideas.. but i like to share my knowledge with you.. of course foot ball is good for health.. if running is invovled why it is not a good sport.. but my advice is best sport is swimming.. according to the experts..

PLAYING football is great for the health. The running, the tackling, etc. is extreme physical exercise. The injuries from football are not good.
