confused to see,same tasks are offesing by different person , what about you ?

I'm really confused when i click on tasks tab and see the available task.some time i have seen some available tasks are offering by same or different person with a common link.as a example: GetAccount/Upload A File/Obtain a Account, offering by same person ''pierreduke'' with the deferent head line but same link ''ziddu'' i dont get decision for me, what to do and what not to do ? are you facing this kind of problem and feeling any confusion like me ? can you advice me, what i do please ?
