Hi all, Do you think paypal often limits user accounts without any reason? Like for mass transaction or something? Please comment. Rajah Ganesh G.S. Certified A+ N+ Professional i@mhErO!

Ok, so what makes paypal limit other person's accounts? Why i am asking this is because my account had 0.00$ yet it became limited. Thus i got fed up of paypal. What could have caused this to make my account limited?

Usually occurs if you want to make transactions with others and your account has not been verified. Or your IP changes during a login to paypal so paypal to the limit on your account to protect your account from the dangers of phishing that are rampant in the online world. Mine is also limited because want to sending to someone and need Photo ID and Utility Bill.

the only time they will limit what you can spend is when your account isn't verified. If you start getting a ton of payments from various locations they may watch the account to make sure it isn't laundering money or pulling a scam but outside of that, they have only frozen accounts of people who were up to no good. They make money on almost all transactions so it stands to reason that they wouldn't want to tick off too many people as PayPal isn't the only money broker / financial service out there.
