Tips to be healthy:

I really want to be healthy. Health is wealth. I only know a few things, but sometimes I do not know what else do I need to be called "healthy". I was just confined to the hospital last month, and went on sick leave again from my job last week. Can you please give me some tips so I can refrain from being absent?..I'm afraid to loose my job because of this..

breinchem yes health is wealth. start with your diet,do you get your five to nine servings of veggies and fruits every day, some lean protein like lean chicken and fish,and lean beef, also milk lo fat, and whole grain foods like breads and cereal? also do you exercise at least forty five minutes at least four day a week, and keep your weight where it should be? also get some sunshine in with your work hours, also do take some time after work to play. and laugh and have fun.If you feel you are not getting all the nutrients you need daily also take mulitvitamins to fillup the hole in your diet. but do shoot for more veggies and fruits, they are so healthy for you. and I know in the phillipines you must have some fruits and veggies we dont have here in the US.

Some of the things that i did for my self to be healthier are: 1 Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. 2 Drink at least 8 glasses of filtered water every day. 3 Eat healthy.....I started eating all organic foods....Cut everything with High fructose corn syrup out of your diet. Get plenty of fiber. No fast food, or processed foods. 4 Get plenty of exercise---I try to get in at least 1 hour everyday. 5 Go to a health care practitioner, or herbalist. and get the blood work done to see what your body is missing and then supplement with the things you are lacking Insurance does not cover it and it costs me up to 500.00 a year to get this done.

If you want to be healthy, every day you get used to doing exercise, not too heavy, just light. Then you should drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Get enough sleep and always mensuplay vitamin C

Hi Being healthy is not only physical it involves mind ,body and soul. we may have to live like our primitive era for that like eating from nature,giving back to nature and enjoying the moments of life without the stress of finance and relation.i think being healthy is easy with organic foods available eventhough its costly.And for mind and soul we need to free ourself from stress of this life which is not hundred percent possible but not unattainable.
