I used to hang out under our huge mango tree. It's so cool and refreshing. The air is so fresh. I love it. It relaxes me and free my mind from troubling thoughts. I can't wait to get back to our farm and lay down under our giant mango tree.:) How about you? What's your way of relaxing or meditation?

I agree that could be relaxing. Well spring time here is most adequate for that, and I must admit my way to relax is to have my cold cut meal at the top of a mountain after a fun relaxing hike walk, or sitting my a water fall to think eat or draw with my pencils.

Hmmmm those activities are stress relievers. Since we don't have spring season here, hanging out under the tree is best on summer season. When the sun is up and burning it's nice to hide under the cool big tree. shadow41

I usually do to relax or meditate in a room and play a romantic music, where I lit a few candle . I lay down and look at the ceiling whilebreathing regularly

Hi there deniblue7. Your relaxing methods are indeed relaxing. Romantic music relieves us tension from day to day activities. How about adding a mix of classical music? Thanks for sharing my friend. shadow41

Hey Shadow, can I come and sit under that tree with you? That sounds so nice and calming which is what I need right now. I use to go camping and that was one of my favorite things to do. So peaceful to get out of the city and talk to the animals, hug the tree's, see the stars, smile at the moon, breath fresh air, and just be at peace with myself. I loved it and I so miss it! You certainly have the right idea on how to meditate and get away from troubling thoughts.

relaxing what's that? The only things I do where I can kinda zone out for a few minutes are to be online or to crochet when my kids are occupied with something other than bugging the heck outta me!
