Can you walk at a public place naked?

Earlier, I saw a woman, walking topless at the street. I don't know if she is insane, had drugs or maybe drunk, but she just remove her top then just walk and I think she is planning to cross the street. And here at the Philippines, there is a fraternity that rounds their school once a year I think naked, they just have a mask to hide their face. I am just curious, will you be able to walk at a public place naked?
For me I think I wont be able to do it, but I did a picture of me naked, but the private part is hidden. LOL. I had it eddited and I uploaded it at my friendster and multiply account. hehe.

Oh, that's funny, I have ever come across this kind of thing that a full-naked man walked in the street, maybe he's mad, but several minutes later, the police took him away.
For me, I don't think i can do it in public, it's so crazy. If the private part is hidden, i can do it,LOL

I'm afraid I can't. If I walk naked in public, I guess others may think there's something with me and the police would take me to the station. Even if nobody interfere with me, I think that walking naked in public is quite meaningless. I don't know the thought of those people who like to show their body in public. If somebody want to be naked, the ideal place should be their houses or other private places.

this topical is private ,but I think at least .I won't do this ,I think this depend my thought ,my receive the knoeldge tell me not do this .and my culture is not open like this ,
But I think in some country ,some people could do this ,their culture is open ,and they think this is art .but in my eyes , I can not receive this ,although .i admit this is art, but I think I can not receive this

honestly i can't do that, i can't even dare myself to walk outside with a towel only on my body much more being naked outside and walking, it's a funny experience if someone will do it.. but for me i can't really dare to do it.!!

If ever I will, I'd make sure to work out first. There's a big difference when people look at your in admiration than in disgust LOL. I'm sure a lot of people, given the right price will definitely do it. Seeing someone naked now a days is no longer a big deal compared to the olden day. Cheers!

I myself will never do that. unless I was forced to do so or the public place is full of the naked people like the change room. but I don't mind if others do so, I will feel interesting to see someone naked in the public. If it's obey the law, noone should stop someone to be naked.

You won't find me walking around town naked...nope. I am way too modest and don't like to draw attention my way so I would not be able to. Every once in a while we get a woman or more wandering around topless. They claim that men can so why can't they? I could care less if they do or don't. I just know that I won't be joining them.

Wow, never thought something like that happens. hehe. Well fighting for the equality of women and men is really an issue in many countries today. I do believe that rights should be equal regardless of the gender but it will really depend on the culture of the country. But there are really laws that can only be applied to only one gender I think.

Kidding aside, I don't see myself doing that in any circumstance. I can go topless inside my house, or even naked, at that, but in a public place, I don't think so.

No, no way I can do something like that as long as my mind is sane and I can tell what's right or wrong. It's embarrassing and make me feel cheap (no offense) My body is precious and not to be shown just like that to just anybody. Besides, it's against my religion for a woman to act in such manner.

I don't think I would want to take a picture of me naked and definitely I can't go out on the streets without wearing a thing. I would not want people to think that I am crazy or am seeking attention. I am from the Philippines and the school you are talking about is my school. I don't know why that fraternity chose that form of initiation for their members but instead of hurting their applicants, running around naked at the school ground is definitely much better.

I think Can't really do that in public. Even if I will cover my face I will not do
that. I think those people has a very high level of confidence that's why they can
do that thing. Well It is understandable if an insane walks naked on the street but
if you will going to walk naked on the street other people will really think that
your out of your mind and your already insane.

I couldn't do it. I would be so embarrassed! Plus I wouldn't want to be arrested who knows maybe if I were younger say in my 20's I might have a change of heart.But, I"m 46 years old and the girls just aren't what they use to be or where they use to be LOL (shame on me)

here in ontario (canada) it is legal for women to go topless (a woman said that is legal for men to go topless and we live in a time of equal opportunity so why shouldnt women? and she won the case!) but even at the beach you dont see that many topless women. we are just too modest i guess.

Masking the face, 
, is really a smart idea! Over in India, it becomes a national issue if someone parades around naked and they would be certainly arrested within minutes of public notice. It is a total cultural taboo, and am sure virtually nobody likes doing it even if it was legally allowed. I'm no different either.

Yes, it is really dependent on the culture where you grew up. Here at the Philippines, we have a woman idol, Maria Clara, which symbolizes how women should behave. Women here should be very modest and refined, they must not even laugh loud before. Things changed a little but the rule still exists.

Actually, I don't like going out of the house wearing shorts, I always wear pants and shoes(I don't like wearing flip flops) and I also cannot go around topless. LOL. What if the woman is really insane, will she still be in jail if that will be proven? I think when a person did a criminal act here, we have a law that they will not the punishable by law but I think they will be treated in an asylum.
