getting referrals when doing PTC / myLot

Hi guys,currently I'm doing several PTC programs on the internet,but i find it hard to get any referrals, i see that some guys have lots of referrals, how did they get such an awesome number of referrals, could you share your experience with me?

I put banners of the sites I am doing into my profile, and when users visited my profile, they decided they would join under me in some of the sites I am doing. I am grateful for all the referrals I do have, as they are pretty much active and they do help me to get the payout faster. I didn't have referrals at firet, but as time went on, I have mure more than I ever thought I would get. Just put banners up in our prifile, and see if you get referrasl that way.
