I have recently found myself enjoying cooking more and more, and now create all my dishes from scratch I love lasagna and would love your tried and tested recipes so I can make my first attempt.

Hi Carmelbg I've been cooking for years and just recently graduated from the Ft Lauderdale Art Institute Culinary and with all my training the below link will take you to the best lasagna I have ever made. It is done with two sauces, a Bechemel (white) on the bottom and a marinara on top. You roll your lasagna noodles up into cute litte pkgs which are both easy to serve as well as store,,They freeze fantastic too. Do yourself a favor and try this,,Its easy and everytime I've made it for guests they all want the recipe..good luck and let me know how it turns out.. Joyce http://www.Foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentis/lasagna-rolls-recipe/index.html couple of tips..double the Bechemel sauce and I leave the meat out and use spinach only, its your option..I think the meat is overkill and it really is great without it..
