how to take payout from 1centemails

I have recently reached the limit of 10 dollars in 1centemails, but the withdraw button is still blocked even after reaching the limit of 10 dollars. can anybody help me out? has anyone got money from them or is this a cheating site.

i haven't tried that site but try to wait for a couple of days to check back the button..it maybe temporarily unavailable right now...
