Hello icecubic, try to play shuttle at evening time atleast for an hour. Don't consume more food at night time and try to drink hot water at all the times. I think you will get a better result by doing this.

I have the very same problem!!! I read somewhere but it was long long time ago that it would help to tuck your stomach as much as possible because the pressure you exert will help it burn fat. it will also stop your stomach from sagging. what i also do is drink a lot of hot chocolate or hot milk because i really love how it warms my stomach. I don't have a scientific proof for it but i really feel that i am losing some stomach fat because of the sweating i have on my stomach..

Hi there and smile. You can read the following and i hope it will help you. Both diet and exercise are equally important, and vital in the equation of burning body fats. Any worthwhile program, system or plan designed to burn body fats fast therefore not only has to include both these elements, but also has to ratio these correctly to achieve the desired outcome. A combined approach of eating less and increasing exercise has always proved to be the most effective way in burning body fats. This by no means imply that you should starve yourself, but merely to cut back on those fatty foods and foods containing excessive levels of sugar. The key here is certainly not to cut out important food groups like carbohydrates or protein from your diet as some diet products would suggest, but rather to consume these in the proper ratio and at the appropriate time of day. The same applies to exercising, e.g. exercising first thing in the morning, before breakfast, has demonstrated to have a much greater impact on burning body fats than any other time of the day. The correct combination and proportions of food consumed, releasing the correct amount of vitamins, minerals and essential nutrients in the body, are all essential dietary ingredients necessary when engaging in any endeavor to burn body fats. Combine this with a reasonable exercise program of your liking, e.g. Walking, Cycling, Jogging etc., and you’ve got yourself a booming recipe to burn body fats effectively. Happy mylotting.

I also have the same problem. Someone told me to do walking early morning daily. We should walk for 20 to 30 min a day. We should do small excercise and eat healthy food. Avoid oily food. Thanks

I will direct you to one website http://hubpages.com/hub/Pranayam. Baba Ramdev is a very popular yogi in India and even abroad. The exercises he recommends are very beneficial. I recommend you to try them. These exercises will surely help.

I seen a doctor on Regis and Kelly a few months ago who had written a book on diet and exercise. He was doing a little game with them asking True and False questions, or multiple choice questions. The one thing that stood out from the whole show, was that he stated the easiest way to cut down on stomach fat, or to trim your waistline was to cut down on sugar. I was really surprised, and have tried it a little bit, but not drastically. The one thing that I have managed to do is cut down to one soda a day. Well, on most days that is. The problem is, I was replacing it with 100 percent juice, which is better for you, but when I read the label, I seen that it had just as much sugar as the soda. So, I guess I'll have to keep working on that. But, perhaps this information will be helpful to you. The only other thing I can think of is what someone else said about tightening your stomach muscles as much as you can throughout the day. Good luck to you!

unfortunately, when it comes to health issues, fast and safe usually do not go in the same sentence...it sucks i know but its true...the only safe way of losing fat is a healthy diet and a lot of cardio exercises...there is no safe magic bullet..i wish there was.
