How to make others happy with our act

Each of people have a habitual that can be actualized on their act everyday.but how to make others happy with my habitual though it is bad?

You have to respect yourself and do good things to fellow..always remember " no man is in island " you need to be dependable.it always starts within yourself. and then everything will follow..
