i have a top ten of my favorites, yeah i sometimes find myself rooting for the bad guy, in no particular order mine are as follows:
megatron (transformers)
darth vader (star wars)
leatherface (texas chainsaw massacre)
mike myers (halloween)
freddy kruger (nightmare on elm street)
jason (friday the 13th)
skeletor (he-man)
ming the merciless (flash gordon)
the borg (star trek)
pennywise (IT)
honorable mention goes to:gal dukat (deep space nine), magneto and mystique (x-men), cat woman (batman)

I liked the acting of Amrish puri, his acting seemed a real one and the bad guy in negetive shades suited him the most. I liked him in many movies actually hated him in many movies which further proved to be a good actor in a negetive role.

oh man yeah, how could i forget doctor lecter. i love him as portrayed by sir anthony hopkins, not the other dude from manhunt.
