In my view Rahul Dravid should have been in the team. But anyway, nothing can be done about it and let's hope team India perform well against Australia.

In my view selectors will use Rahul Dravid only for major ODI tournaments like World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, etc. I am not sure but this is my feeling but the way he had played against the Delhi Dare Devils, I doubt selectors will rethink. I am sure Dravid will be in the team if India performance poorly against the Aussies on the first 2 ODI's. Let us see that will happen and it is good news that Sehwag and yuvraj return into Indian team will strengthen the India team batting and spin departments as well..

I think Dravid's selection for CT was anyhow a stop gap arrangement, so I am not sure why there is so much hulla bulla about dropping him. Much earlier it was decided that Dravid does not figure in the plans for 2011, so actually I was really surprised that he was called into the team for that. Sehwag and Yuvraj were certainties to come back once they overcame their injuries, so there is no real surprise there as well. Cheers! Ram

Dravid a living legend and posses various records at the test level doesn't qualify for the one day cricket. In the past few years we lacked the bench strength and the intensity of the game was not so high so dravid found a permanent place in the ODIS But now we have a strong bench strength with the introduction of T20 the intensity has risen and dravid is surely to be dropped in this situation.. The arrival or return of yuvi and sehwag, will add strength to the team.the team was surely missing them..it is a good news for the Indians and bad news for the Aussies...

its not fair as he controls the game he doesn't let fall of wickets i think some other guy like dinesh kartik or kohli should be kept out of team
