what to do if you sense you're losing interest w/ someone else?

Its a sad thing but sooner or later almost everyone encounters a situation in which they are being pursued by someone they are clearly not interested in..Thats why i want your clear suggestions about this problem of mine..thankz

That becomes a problem of stalking as I myself experience it. This anonymous person is interested in me and I like to meet him personally. But he is tied to his own shop thus he is very busy most of the times. Thus,I decide to stop entertain him as it becomes annoying. Then this person do not like to exert an effort although he is interested he prefer to have a anonymous personality.
