do you like gothic metal music?

two days ago my friend gave me track list of Gothic metal band, the band name is Epica, my first impression to this music is good because, every instrument in this music collaborated very well, the synchronization of the instruments amaze me, my suggestion is you should try to hear this kind of music. what about your opinion?

epica is a great band although im not a big fan because i cant stand the men growl vocals. But i have heard of some great ones on this gender like Sirenia , Tristania, After Forever, Nemesea, Nightwish, Within Temptation. Although the two last one are not exactly gothic metal(some people say they do fall on this category) i still recommend them as both are really great.
Also if you like to listen to other great metal bands that do not fall on the category of gothic metal I would recommend you Sonata Arctica(in my opinion the best band ever), Angra, Edguy , Stratovarius, Blid Guardian, Kamelot.
