Your Favorite Band

What is your favorite band? The Local ones and the internasional ones? Why do you like them so much? As for me, i really like Blink 182 because they song really easy to hear and inspiring me in so many ways. And the local one ( indonesian one ) is Super Man Is Dead ( SID ) because their music remain me about blink 182 music and green day music.

I don't really like local band, I do not fans for trendy music or band that easy come and easy go. I love Green Day since I was in Junior High when I was Fifteen now it has been like 13 years I become a fans of Green Day. Other band I like is Dashboard Confessional, The Ataris, MXPX, My Chemical Romance, 30 Seconds To Mars, Sum 41, Good Charlotte, and Avenged Sevenfold. Most of this band are rock bands influented by Hardcore, Emo and Punk and I really like this kind of music. Besides bands I also like Kelly Clarkson voice, Avril Lavigne, Jordin Sparks and Miley Cyrus. This time my music attention leads to Miley Cyrus. I don't espect before that She really can sing many music genres from punk, hiphop, rock, pop, dance to ballad. I already hear all her songs, what an extraordinary talent and her music are great to hear. No wonder she has became a diva and singing sensation although she's just only sixteen. I don't like blink182, I prefer bands or singer that have deep emotional lyric and music or unique skill technique in music.

Well every body has it own taste in music, you off course have your own taste too. I do like green day, sum 41, Good Charlote. And about dashboard conventional, i just like a few of their song, especially vindicated. I also like Avril lavigne, i even have their album. Thanks

for local band, i like the super insurgent group of intemperance talent a.k.a the s.i.g.i.t. their work was so powerful and has strong appeal. local people who hear it for first time, would not thought that it is local work.
for outer band, i have many references and surely its so subjective

Well it is okay to be subjective about the music you like, because people usually have different taste with other. Every music taste of a person is usually unique, even a person who like the same band can have different taste. Well thanks for you response.

- Blink-182
- Goldfinger
- Nirvana (best band ever!!)
- Foo Fighters
And much,much,much moreeee :D:D
From the local ones I like The Black Box Revelation
They remind of The White Stripes because they're also just 2 musicians and love their style!

Yes, i also like those band. I like green day too, all of their album. I Like Blink 182 like i said before, and i also like gold finger, especially the superman song. Nirvana is great too although i never really a fan of them, but i do like smell like teen spirit song.
