The US economy is picking up. Little by little funds that were withdrawn two years ago are coming back.. and the stock market is picking up.. do you think it is safe to return to stock market and start investing in stocks again... or wait for some time more.. What do you think..

Get back in! Now, please :P All we need is a few hundred thousand more people on the fence to start getting back in the market. This will help pick up the stock market, and maybe the economy back up. Maybe all of us here in mylot could help the ball rolling by spreading the news to people to get back in. Personally, I'm sick of this recession crap!

You have missed out on the best bargains in the stockmarket. There is still time to get in before they go back up but a few months ago would have been best as the share values were around the lowest they will ever be. The best method is to invest while shares are low, and pullout when they are high. Obviously this is a pretty self explanatory claim. But what most people do is the exact opposite. Shares plummet so they sell. Losing money.

i would suggest like what other financial analyst say to their clients... "when everyone is fearful, get greedy and invest". at this stage, stocks are rather cheap. when things get better, the stocks market will pick up and your stock value will increase. of course, you still have to think of diversifying your assets. just because things are going well now, doesn't mean you have to put it all in one basket... plus, invest only what you can afford to lose. dont invest everything that you have. :)

Seriously. I never left. Made a lot of money in the stock market while the recession was going on. Now is a great time to invest.
