Today there are many jobs in the market but competition is very high. Apart from qualification there are certain skills they look for. Can anyone suggest what are they? and how can I demonstrate those skills in the interview?

You references will demonstrate a lot of what employers look for - attendance, performance, ability to get along with co-workers. In addition when interviewing I look for someone who is appropriately dressed, articulate, looks me in the eye, knows what their goals are, self confidence and can tell me why they want to work at my facility. Honest answers that aren't rehearsed are best. And don't forget the ever popular firm handshake - I refuse to hire "limp" hands.

Business is about making money. Show your new employer how he will profit from your knowledge, experience, loyalty, customer service, along with your ability to adapt and think out of the box with new ideas. Go in, like you already have the job. Make him feel like a fool if he doesn't employ you. Be the salesman. Sell yourself and all your wonderful talents. THINK LIKE A BOSS!!

Firstly your personality. From you personality the interviewer may notice what kind of person you are.Are you have confidence or not.Secondly your communication skills. This is very important. Then your knowledge. So be prepared.

for me, I'm not really interested in employment. becuse of the drownung rate of employment here in my country, i prtefer this online job, home base and a boss of your own. this kind of earning is a Multi-level-Marrketing(MLM). It is a system working business. One of this what we are doing today.
