OK here's the deal! You make money for anything you type here except PMing friends! The more you type the more you make but it has to be of quality! Good spelling also helps! When you post you don't make anything until you comment on other peoples responses to your post! But just saying "Thank you" or "thanks for your comment" won't get you anything! You have to type a good quality comment! New people in my opinion shouldn't post anything until they learn the ropes and make some friends! Friends and knowing what to and what not to do are important here! The friends will respond to your posts if they are of good quality! A post asking if you like tall or short people is NOT a good post, a post asking if you like the mayor of Istanbul is not a good post, it;s to specific to an area! If you are hellbent on posting as some are then you should know that there is a responsibility that comes with it, such as being sure to comment to all who respond to your post, rating the responder with a plus or a minus and giving out the best response after waiting at least 1 day! The way they pay varies and no one can explain it as I said you get paid for typing! They don't pay a real lot, but it's all up to you there are people here who can do ! to 1.50 a day but you have to develop these skills and this takes time. EVERYONE is all ways in a hurry and want an easy and quick way to get rich, this is why the scammers are so successful they play on peoples GREED and it works! Welcome to reality this is all wishful thinking there's no such thing as a free lunch, that's a saying from my days and still applies to these times too! I have a feeling it will always be this way! Sorry Good Luck finding your fast and easy pot of Gold!

Thank you so much for verifing. I had been wondering how to make a little extra money on here and you have clarified some of my questions. The only other question I have is how much do you get paid for each post? Also, how can you make money fast? With the holidays coming up I need extra money so I can get Christmas Gifts.

Wow, interesting. Thanks for the info! I was looking everywhere for info on how to make money on MyLot. I think they should put up a page on where earnings are coming from. So far I've made 1 cent, heh. Not much, but I suppose it's a start!

I think you make money by both posting and commenting. I've made 1 cent so far by commenting, heh. It's a start anyway. Let me know if you find anything else out! I'm a bit confused with how to make money on MyLot as well..

There are also tasks here! But if you read my earlier response, you would know to just keep responding! Referrals also pay good if they are ACTIVE! Look for people who respond like you and have a high number of posts and a high number in their star these are the people who know what up here! Make them your friends they read everything like me! We recognize people that are good here and will respond to your discussions, the notifiers tell us when you post and we will read them! But you have to develop a good manner here and get a good base of friends before you start posting for real just remember posting requires you to be responsible! Comment on all that respond to your posts! I tried to help this poster but she went on her own and I wish her luck!

Well it gets me Pi**ed when people ask for help! I've been doing this for a long time and I see newbies constantly making the same mistakes over and over and over! so you give them good solid advise and they blow you off totally! Then if they bother to stick around after they whine about no one responding to their posts. they Ask why no one is responding to them! There is a learning curve here! You just have to learn and I've help many here! So I tried and they just keep posting bad posts one after another like it's a race! LOL! Thinking the more they post the more they make and unfortunately they aren't making a nickel!

It's both, you start discussions, write response, respond to your discussions and so on. We get paid for almost everything here.

You earn by your participation in disucssions, whether you start discussions, post responses to other disucssions, or comment on the responses you receive. It really all depends on what you want to do. I don't start all that many discussions, as I just basically post responses to other discussions, and I earn enough to get payout. The thing of it is, any post you do, needs to be of a good quality, and not just a few words or one lineers, as you don't earn for those. Also, whenever you start a discussion, it is in your best interest to post cometnst to teh responses you receive as you are only paid fro your activity and not the activiy of others.
