How addicted could you get??

Right now, I am sooooo addicted to facebook. Ever since I learned how to play their application games, like to mention Farmville and Cafe World, I can't help myself but to check my account every 5-10 minutes for the recent updates of my game. Everytime I see my notifications, the one that has a number and color red, I check it and see if somebody gave a gift or had a neighbor request.
My farm in Farmville already expanded 3 times and I already got myself a plow tractor, harvest tractor and a seeding tractor. I already had too many crops, trees and animals. I also have 30 neighbors who would help me earn more Farmville coins. I also got a chance to express my creativity by planning and designing the layot of my farm..
While in my restaurant in Cafe World had expanded 2 times already. I also have 6 stoves for the cooking of my food and I have 5 serving table where I place the food that my character cooked. Also, I enjoyed this because I got a chance to be creative witht he design of my restaurant too.

i am addicted to poker & yo ville before as well as farmtown & mafia wars...huh!
but now, since i become addicted to mylot...my addiction to those games fades...hehe
but when the cafe world starts...hmmm looks like my addiction is back! haha
yes, right now i am addicted to cafe world...i am on level 22, with 8 stoves...hehe
and my restaurant is also expanding and i just love decorating it...
love this one as well as yoville!

haha...yes level 22! huh! but still i am on #4 as compared to my friends! geeez!
they are already level 25 i think and i wonder how they were able to buy so many stoves! i think they have more than 10 stoves! while me, i just have 7 or 8...huh!

My sister said there is a cheat in Cafe World... Maybe your friends used cheats in order to reach high levels fast.. lol!! I'm 13th in my rank.. Well, some of my friends have the same level as you.. Maybe you have a lot of time playing the game. Me, I only play it at night when I got home from work..

Addicted is the right word to use. I do feel that I'm totally addicted as well; to Mafia Wars, Street Racing and some other games. But my time there has been spent lesser by the day because sometimes, I do feel a bit bored. And I tend to spend more time in mylot after using up my energy in those FB games. I see there are lots of fabulous games for the ladies; like those puzzles and whatnot.

I am also an active user of facebook, and it has been a part of my daily routine. Aside from keeping tabs of my friend, I also pay Music Challenge, Farmvill, Yoville and mafia wars. Facebook offers a great way to get in touch with your friends and loved ones and be updated on what the rest of your network is up to. I also love checking pictures. =)
Of course, playing those games is a great way to de-stress at the end of the day. =)

I get on facebook all the time. But not to play the games. I guess I'm just kinda addicted to seeing everyones updated status. Idk i think Facebook is a lot better then myspace. I just wish they had music to put on your site.

It is so easy to get addicted to facebook. I am totally addicted. I play a few of their application games and man it kicks my butt everytime. I start playing and cant stop. Bejewled Blitz is horrible. I hate it!! I am so addicted to it. But they are addicting for sure. they get me through my day at work though. WOOHOO!

I can (and have done this) spend all day with the facebook apps. I have farmville, farmtown, mafia wars and island paradise. WHEW!! They keep my busy! But I love them and have a great time with my friends and family talking about them and goofing off with it.

Yes not just by playing, you can also talk about it with your friends. I remember my friends in our church, they are soooo addicted to MafiaWars and Farmville. If you listen to their conversation, you'd mistaken it to discussion about business stuff.. Just thinking about it, really is funny.. Then we'll laugh... hehe

I am very addicted to The TV. very much, actually our TV starts from the morning and is closed only at the night. Whole day its on and i am very much addicted to it.
I cannot imagine my life without it.
I am not addicted to facebook instead i like to do orkutting more than fb.

I have went through all of the applications by Zynga one by one! Right now I am hooked on Cafe World. Previously I have been hooked on Mafia Wars, Farmville, and Yoville as well. I try hard to limit the amount of time I play though. SInce I work from home, Facebook can easily eat up my entire work day!

Facebook is really addictive sometimes. I tend to have the site open on one page all the time I am online that particular time. I have often been about to close the page when one of my friends pops up and says hi on facebook chat or I see an update. A few Facebook friends have sent me Mafia Wars stuff and I joined but did not find it very appealing so have not gone back apart from when they have been online and we have chatted on facebook chat about it.
I am not on facebook currently so I can spend significant time online without using Facebook, (I have mylot and dooyoo on at the moment). I can see how some people really get addicted to it though as it's such a great site for keeping up to date with friends and doing other stuff as well as there's so much to do.

Well some people have their own addiction. I am also addicted to Mylot, after earning another dollar.. hehe... This site inspired me to think for another discussion and write.. Somehow my composition writing can be improve. hehe...

Hello sexyposh! I can relate to your Facebook addiction. I'm also a Facebook addict. But lately, I somehow lost my interest in playing those farming games like Farmville & Farmtown. My current addiction is Cafe World. I check my Facebook account everyday. It's my way of releasing stress. Aside from the fact that I can keep in touch with my friends thru Facebook, playing their games online helps me to destress. It's like my outlet for releasing stress & bad vibes. I enjoy using Facebook more than Friendster. I can't recall the last time I logged into my Friendster account. It's been months I guess.=) And people in our office are also addicted to Facebook. You would no longer hear them talk about Friendster. Rather, I often hear them talk about harvesting, adding neighbors and sending gifts. It's funny but it's true.=)

I have similar story as yours. My friends in church are far more addicted than I am, they go crazy over MafiaWars. When you're listening to their discussion, you'd mistake it to business stuff, because they are sooo serious when they exchange their tips. You'll just find out when they mention the name of the game, then we'll start laughing...
I'm so happy FACEBOOK was created, it really releases stress after work. And it helps me remind that there is still a child in my heart when playing the games. It also keep me connected with my friends who I've parted with... I am also happy that you can post your feelings, and can comment to the post of your friends. I can also view video clips posted by my friends that are funny..
I have a Friendster account too, but I barely visit it after Facebook was created. I just got bored.. hehe... Its features is less interactive and limits to posting bulletin, upload pictures and post comment and testimonials, thats all... I learned they tried to catch up with Facebook's features, but seems they just can't beat them.. poor thing..

Yes, MyLot is quite addicting too. But you have to have a lot of time for this, since you have to do many compositions to start a discussion. You have to have alot of time also on commenting to your friends discussion.. Well, either way may it be Facebook or MyLot, still it eats most of your time for the day... hehe

The game I'm most addicted to, I have to confess, is Bejeweled. It's a complete time-waster and mindless, of course, but games are for relaxing and doing something different with your mind. Bejewelled is all about reacting quickly to specific patterns so it is, to a certain extent, a way of training the brain ... useful if you want to work on an assembly line picking out faulty items!
The other games I play are Farmville and Farm Town. I try to arrange it so that I only need to visit them once or twice a day Farm Town is the more 'social' of the two, since you can meet and chat with people who are not on your Facebook friends list.
I tried Cafe World and found it had so little interest (and was so frustrating when dishes spoiled) that I ditched it after a day! I think that the makers of the game (Zynga) need to understand that most people who use Facebook are not likely to be playing every minute of the day. It would hold a little more interest if dishes didn't spoil so quickly and if there were more reasonable fast dishes available to the newbie.

Yes I think Zynga never realize that. They assumed that most Facebook users are homebase or their internet connection at their offices is not blocked, that most of their dishes are only 1hr-8hrs...
But you can cook food that are to be prepared for 1-2days. Though may take awhile for your improvements in your restaurant..
My Dad who has a facebook account also played Bejeweled, and I think its the only game in his account.. hehe..

I use facebook everyday especially since all the family are on there. Its one really good way to keep in contact with them all and plus playing some games helps to pass time away and can get very competitive with other family members lol
The games I am hooked on now are Restaurant City (kinda), Treasure Mania, Farkle, Barn Buddy, Ive just started Cafe World. I did play Farm town, but it only goes up to level 34 and I am on level 33 so have lost interest, plus most of the family are on level 34 so they too have lost interest as they cant go any higher.

i don't get addicted to any online games or social networking sites. i just don't get it when people so get addicted to games. i have played farmville. but i just don't see any fun it. i have just started and gave up already cause i don't see any thing that i will enjoy if i stay doing that. and quite hard to learn all the things to start it.

So sad you don't see facebook and other social network fun.. Well, maybe you have other interest that online games and socialiazing online is not part of it. I know somebody who don't have any profile accounts at all, but still he is interesting person...

In fact, as you have said above, there are more and more people who are addicted to Facebook relationship.
You see, perhaps the webgame is not so attractive, but once you have been a member of Facebook, you may be addicted to it sooner or later. Why it happens? That is all because you are playing the game with your feiends on Facebook platform. There, on facebook, I often look for my favourite celebrities, gain the latest information and keep in touch with my old friends.

Yes I think you're right, the reason why the game to so addictive because you are playing with your friends... I saw some celebrities too here at the facebook but I cannot really access their accounts, have to wait for some who can share their pictures so that I could view them. Try playing a game for change, I'm pretty sure you'll going to like.

Same here. I am also addicted to facebook because of games. Even i'm too busy with my work at office I still find time to play and read all the messages I got. I play also Farmville and even FarmTown, Cafe World and Restuarant City and so with YOville. The game which I love is the Yoville. I enjoyed chatting new friends there and arranging all things i bought. Seems it's true. Guys why not joining and be my neighbor.
