You have a good point. there's no hard and fast rule as to what length is better, rather it depends on several factors that should be considered and one of that could be a person's age.

I couldn't say. It depends on the individual person and the face. I can't make my own mind up and vary from very short to very long. So I really couldn't say as a general rule of thumb.
