I'm talking about step 3 on confirming ownership of domain to put e-bay ads on my hubpages. I saved the "unique identifier." Now it says to "Upload the file to the base directory of each of your domains that you would like to register." I've never uploaded anything. It's probably easier than it sounds, right?
