Which is the best cable net or usb net / myLot

Hi mylot friends,I am having usb modem of 234 kpbs speed,but it takes lot of time to process the thing,I wish to take broadband service,but broad band service is available with BSNL only,but I cannot trust on BSNL wire services,still i am observing the BSNL wire service,lot of people are facing the difficulty about the BSNL service with the technicians,I have bitter experience with my coin box,so I wish to use broad band with usb modem service, please suggest me the best one,happy mylotting

I have broadband through my phone company and am very pleased with it, as I can still receive phone calls even while online, it is very fast, and there 24 hour tech support for it. They've talked me through setting it all up, etc. Karen

hi karen madam, thanks for the response,you are talking about the service and service providers of USA , i know the services at USA,you are fast in every thing,but what to do with our service provider BSNL,that is our fate,have a nice day

Almost all of the service providers are servicing in the same manner only. As the BSNL customers are more, these complaints only are highlighted here.The others are providing their service in some particular region only and hence we are not able to know about them. Of course, I am struggling with BSNL broadband only. I tired to change the ISP and inquired about the other service providers. But those who are having the other network services are struggling more than this..But their customer support team is handling them well, though they are not able to provide the better service..Then the internet connectivity with USB will always low and their capacity is that much only. Better is having the Ethernet cable. Even we can not have the good connectivity with wireless network..Finally, it all depends on our rated speed/connection plan.
