Hi, Joel. My first name in Chinese is ?, means Snow in English. Coz I was born on a snow day in winter, so my grandma gave me this name. I love it! And when talking about the meaning of my name every time, it reminds me of her. I miss her so much.

Mine (Amanda) means "beloved, worthy of love". I'm really not too sure who came up with the idea of naming me this, but I'm fairly certain my grandfather had something to do with it. That works for me!

We in South India do not have a first name or a second name. Usually we have initials before the name given by the parents. e.g.James, will be C .J. James, C is for the name of his native place Chennai and J is for John the name of his father. So C.J.James.(Usually it will be a Hindu name, I have give a Christian name so that others can understand)

My name is so simple that you need not go online to know the meaning. Only if you want to know where it really came from. It is Gemma from gem which is precious stone or jewel. My father then had a crush on the current Miss Philippines, Gemma Cruz, when I was born that's why I was named so. I'm not happy with my name actually. I wished it was just G. Why? Well, my two brothers full name are just Z and J. No kidding! That's just it!

My first name is Angela so I suppose the meaning is pretty obvious. My Mum told me that I was given this name because I had blond curly hair and blue eyes when I was a baby and she thought I looked like an angel.I don't know how she knew that, don't think she had ever seen an angel! I've still got the blue eyes, not the blond curly hair though.I grew up to be a real tomboy and I think Mum probably often wondered why she had ever thought I resembled an angel!

hi fulltank My first name is Patsie, come down from Patricia come down from the latin Patrician, it means of noble birth. The reading said I am compassionate, warm hearted, a good person to go to for help, works in some helping capacity, shy, loves to write, very kind person. wow. well it is right in some ways as I had just two jobs over the years, first as a nurse's aid, and second as a page in a library shelving books and mediA and helping people. I do try to be kind and compassionate, and as an elderly woman I am young at heart as my reading said elderly women would be young at heart.

Hi! I have two names actually, but I'll stick with the name with which I'm known more. Hahahah! Aiza was actually derived from an Arabic name "Aisha" which means "woman". In another country, it means "God's gift". :)
