House or Business?

If you will have enough money to acquire one of these things, which one will you choose first and why? For me, it is my greatest dream to have my own house so I guess I'll choose the first one. Maybe later on, when I have money again, then that will be the time I'll start my own business.

How about both at once. You can buy a house that is a duplex or triplex or maybe even an apartment building, and you can live in one unit and rent the rest out to other people. That way you have your own house and you also have your own business.
