I like egg very much. I like to have daily. Without egg i won't have food.But i won't like in raw form of egg, i like only boiled egg. I has essential vitamins and minerals in it and also act as a nutrient-dense food containing high quality protein source.they are also a source of dietary cholesterol. Egg is rich with folate, Calcium, vitamin A, E, and B12.These are essential for normal life. Egg also help in prevention of heart diseases. Egg is surrounded by egg shell which is a hard shell. It has white part and yellow part. White part is rich with protein albumin and yellow is rich with fat. Egg has low carbohydrates. Protein acts as body builder. It hightly needful for normal body structure maintaince. I hope, you will also like the egg. Better have the egg as a diet and as a medicine. My dear mylot, Do you have egg regularly?

i like eggs in egg omelet or scamble egg with tomatoes and onions and dip into catsup but i don't eat eggs everyday maybe every other day....

Ya I do like to eat egg and I prepare egg dishes at least 4 times in a week. I like boiled eggs menu I rarely eat omelet or fried eggs as they absorb oil which is not good for health. It is said that when a children is studying he or she must eat 1 egg everyday it is good for the memory.

Yes velentina instead taking fried egg or omelet its preferable to take boiled egg alone its very good for health ,people who are interested in body building can take at least 5 whites of egg daily to maintain his physic, Eggs white is rich in protein helps you in body muscle development

Hi, jag I like egg too. I like it boiled, sunny-side up and scrambled. I like it on my instant noodle soup too. I do not have it everyday though. But it sure is a big help when I am hungry because it's the easiest thing I can prepare. Have a nice day!

I do not eat eggs regularly, well you know on like a daily basis but I do love eggs and love making different kinds of meals that involve eggs. Omelets are delicious, love scrambled eggs. Hi jaggiking, in food habit i think you are very similar to me, i too wont take food without egg , as you said it has lot of minerals and proteins but most says that the yellow of egg is not good for health so i prefer to take only white of egg...

No, we don’t have eggs everyday. The weather here stays very hot and humid most part of the year and eggs are not very conducive for daily intake. So I wouldn’t actually die without an egg but I’m glad that its always there in the fridge. I find the egg a very convenient food, specially when my son is hungry and I have neither the time nor the resources at hand to make him a tasty bite. The egg is very versatile and a lot of quick and nutritious dishes can be prepared from it. Just the other day he was hankering for something tasty so I made him a huge omelet with cheese, grated potato, carrots, capsicum, chillies and onion…tasty, fast and nutritious.

i love eggs! and i love that they are good for you! but too many eggs is actually bad for you.. but i don't over eat them lol i like having egg sandwich's in the morning for breakfast. i don't eat them regularly right now because i have gallstones and eggs are not good when you have gallstones. i think because of the high cholesterol in eggs...but once this problem is taken care of i will be able to eat them more regularly again.

Hi jaggiking, indeed I enjoy eggs very much in many forms, as they are very versatile and quick when time is short. Sometimes we have fresh eggs from a friends chickens and the colour within is so much better. As well as the usual form of just eating eggs they also go in cakes, add to sauces and add protein as part of a healthy salad.

Yes, I just like eggs. I always have an egg for my breakfat, but just boiled. Egg is my little brother's favorite, he likes every dishes that have eggs in them and whatever the ways to make. He also fried himself a egg if there is nothing he like when we have dinner. That's lovely~~~~

I like egg,too.Either the boiled egg or the fried one is dilicious.It is health to have four eggs a week while having eggs to much will make us high in cholesterol . This is bad for our heart and blood pressure.So no matter how nice the eggs are,we should have in a fit way.

I love eggs also, boiled, fried or just mixed it with some of my favorite dishes. But I love hard boiled eggs mixed on sliced tomatoes then added with a little bit of salt, It will definitely makes my day. Fortunately, I was advice to take only 3 to 4 eggs a week with the egg yolk because of the high cholesterol content of the yolk but freely if I'm going to take the white ones only.

My son likes to eat fried egg, so i will always fried 1 egg for him during his lunch time. Besides that, he likes half boiled egg, for his breakfast, too. But, the most, i will only gives my son eat 1 to 2 eggs a day. Sometimes, i will give him eat egg, every 2 days, so that he won't concentrate his meal on eggs only. I want my son to get to loves the varieties of food that available. Well, not forgetting, i am also an egg lover, too.

I don't eat the very often but I do like them. I love scrambled eggs with cheese or a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I absolutely love deviled eggs! Salmon stuffed eggs are pretty good. I know it sounds weird, but I made them for my ex-husband one holiday because he didn't like deviled eggs, and he liked the salmon stuffed ones. I really want to try eggs benedict, haven't had those but I have heard they are amazing!

hi there!! oh i love egg, i usually buy a tray every week and i consumed 4 eggs a day, it is good for building up muscles.. i used only the egg whites and mix it up with my protien shake and save the egg yolk in the fredge, at the end of the week i use it to cook leche flan for my family..
