How to add affiliates in here?

I want to add my friend as my affiliate in here. But I couldn't found my referral link. Where do I gonna find it?

I guess you can take the help of the flyers available on the right side. You can easily see it. apply that on your blog or from there you can ask your friend to join. I guess this will be the option.
