How did you decide what to do with your life?

Hello everyone, I was just wondering how did you decide what you were going to do in life. Did you always know what you wanted to do? Did you achieve what you wanted to do? I really don't know what I want to do yet. I am at university but I am still unsure if I am in the right course even though I'm good at it. So I am really interested in learning how people decided what to do/where to go. Thanks
