I make a lot of my own wines. I had a bumper crop of cherries from my tree this year and made a lot of wine out of them. I have also been given a lot of apples from neighbours so I have20 litres of apple wine fermenting away nicely. Do you make any of your own wines? Do you enjoy the process? Do you have any tips for making a really good wine?
