What was your experience with Vector Marketing or Cutco.

I am currently working for Vector Marketing and have moved my way up the latter and will be opening an office this summer. I was curious as to what others have experienced and how well did you do why or why not. In my experience I have found that most people who fail at Vector Marketing fail because they cant or wont put in the required effort. I believe it is a great opportunity to make some money, especially in college, and for some people even make a career out of it. But, I will agree that it is not for everyone. It is direct sales and most people have trouble that. Anyone looking for management experience should look into it because you learn everything you need to learn for management with Vector. What are your thoughts?
