I wasn't raised with very much of my culture being taught to me. I can only assume that my beliefs, morals, and values come from one of my backgrounds. I believe that my family (children, as I am not close to my parents, grandparents, ect...) is the most inportant part of my life. Family should sit together at the dinner table, so they can bond and know what is going on in their everyday life. You should take pride in your home and make it warm and inviting. Work is something you have to do and also should take pride in. I would like to pass all of this down to my children. Also that it is important to learn from your mistakes as you grow into a successful adult. I am proud of my strength and will to survive in even the most upsetting of times of my life. And that I refuse to give up. The only thing I dislike is the fact that I was not raised with the beliefs of any of my cultural backgrounds. I am Indian, Italian, and Irish. Anyone of the same cultural background feel this way, or what are your beliefs.
