Payoneer Alternatives

Does anyone know of any debit cards similar to Payoneer? (i.e a debit card you can charge/deposit money onto) Are there any alternatives out there?

I have a Payoneer card for more than 3 years and they are a bunch of cheaters and thieves.

It's a Mastercard it's easy to qualify for, from pretty much anywhere in the world. Check out http://www.payoneer.com for more information.

e-forexgold debit card is a pretty good alternative. I use it. It can be funded with various e-currencies and by bank wires also. You can use it at any ATM that accepts Cirrus/Maestro debit cards anywhere in the world.
