No, there isn't a cure yet. Someday though I think they will have a cure. Technology is amazing and so are all of the scientists out there!

AS far as I know there are advancement in the medical fields against HIV Virus but the cure is still elusive to date. I think being viral is hard to cure. Just like flu virus and colds virus there is no real cure for them but medicines are just there to hasten and your body to develop immunity over the virus. But the virus is not really eradicated.

For the time being there is no any approved medicine. But some of the Ayurveda and siddha specialists are saying that the can cure this disease. But the others are not believing them \. Also this may be even a money making lie of them. But it is well clear that by taking some nutritious medicines and food, we can postpone the end of the life to the great extent.Still few of the doctors are hesitating to treat the patients and even if they do so, they are just doing as that is their work. They don;t have any real interest to treat them and give mental strength to the patients.

This remains unknown. Early detection however could prolong an HIV/AIDS victim. I knew a couple who have AIDS. They still live a normal life and people don't treat them as if they have to be isolated.

For the time being there is none. Medicines can only prolong the spread of the virus. I hope someday they'll find a cure with this cause a lot of innocent victims are dying from aids. Poor children. shadow41

If a person is attacked by hiv he remains infected for throughout his life. There is no permanent cure for that disease... Recently a vaccine is invented which can give 40% protection over that disease
