Yes, I think it is true also. I always thought I was very shallow about girls n when some guys would ask me if I think they are pretty I say they're okay. But sometimes there's a girl that doesn't get so much attention from guys and I think she is really beautiful. It just depends on who you are because everybody has different views on beauty.

I think beauty is intrinsic in a person or thing. They all have built in beauty, it's just that some eyes can not see it and some can. They are influenced by their standards and criteria, people have subjective interpretation of beauty. In this sense, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder but deeper, real beauty is in the person and some people fail to see it cheers!

Yes, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. What may be beautiful for you may not be attractive for me and vice versa. Sometimes there are people which we find attractive not because of his/her physical beauty but because charisma is overflowing from that person's personality. Other people may not notice this at once because they are more concerned with how the person looks while others may notice it once they really look beyond the persons physical beauty. How people look on the other person will really vary depending on their taste and preference, so yes I strongly believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Exactly yes! Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. There are actually many reasons why you like a certain person. There are some people who are not looking for physical appearance, they're just looking for the attitudes. Attitudes would really count a lot in dealing with appreciation. We know, as a person, we have different setting of standards in choosing mates. Some are looking for education, cultures, tribes, and any other aspects. But there are some who are just looking for the "BEAUTY". They don't even realize the outcome of their relationships...

I can't agree more with your opinion. Everybody has its own understanding of beauty. It's so amazing and colourful of the world. If all the people have the same opinion about what is beauty, it is too boring.

I believe that beauty is in the yes of beholder. I say this becuase sometimes I have arguments with my husband regarding this. If I see a good looking guy or girl on road and I will show the person to my husband, sometimes he won't agree with it. Bincy is one of my best friends. I seriously think that she is an 'ok' looking girl, but my husband won't agree with that. He says that she looks ungly. I may feel that she is good looking because I like her.

Beauty is in the eyes of the Beholder. This axiom is true. Sometimes, a certain model whom my wife said is beautiful, but to me she is just ordinary. My wife's ex-colleague whom the male colleagues would swoon on seeing her. I see her as not pretty or sexy. She has no inner beauty too. My wife concurs with me.

I for one do believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. We all see beauty in different ways. What may be beautiful to me may not be beautiful to you. I believe that there is beauty in every one of us. In some it is just easier to reach. Being attractive doesn't always make for a more beautiful person. I see girls in my school everyday who at one point looked attractive to me. But now from being in a relationship with my girlfriend for so long those girls have become less attractive. Its because my mind has matured. I no longer see whats on the outside. Im more interested in the personality. So yes this phrase is definitely true.
