Ok, can you elaborate a little please? Is this guy under cover police? Or are hand cuffs just a fashion trend in Chinese youth? He kind of looks like a cop the way he is standing......just an observation.

Yes,you are right. The cope wore plain-clothes, which stand for beggar and very poor man in China. So, I think the cope is very professional. haha..
