Would you consider a prenup?

Prenups used to be important for stars and the superrich only. But with the number of divorces constantly increasing, has that changed? If you own more than your partner before marriage (maybe a house?) or one of you earns more than the other - would you consider a prenuptial agreement? Would you accept one if your partner would ask? Or do you feel it shows a lack of trust?

As long as I love the person, why not. I would like to make sure that I am not marrying him because of his money. I think to be fair, I would also let him sign prenuptial agreement for my part. I will make sure that what's mine is mine also and not his.

I agree. A prenup is not about not trusting each other or getting money from the other, it is about having a clear agreement in case life goes wrong. It doesn't mean there is no love.
